the day the wee man went swimming

When our eldest was 3 months, we took her for a first swimming lesson at our locallish swimming pool. Since then she has got to a point where she could easily outswim me, not that difficult but life savingly reassuring.

The number one son swimming is one which has bene on the to do list for slightly over 2 years. We finally managed it today.

All very exciting, up to the pool, smiling faces. Into the changing cublicle with moi, smile slips, let's get changed, mixed reaction. Then it was put on swimming nappy, howling, arm bands howling, go near water etc....

8 mins later this was the best thing ever.
