Flexion

This is a painting by Alison Watt called "Flexion" which is part of the Scottish Parliament collection.

It used to hang just outside the main canteen but it has recently been moved to the corridor between the public entrance and the Garden Lobby.

I only noticed the move this morning but was immediately struck by how good the setting now is , displaying to perfection what has always been one of my favourite pieces in the building.
