BUTTERFLIES OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

I am busy at the moment.... getting ready for my house-guests etc. etc.
This is a chart from a field guide.. I have those for birds etc. also.
We will expect the Monarch butterflies, because we got a few more milkweed plants from the nursery, in the 'old days' those would be all over the place. Those plants will attract Monarch butterflies, which are spending the winter in Mexico right now.... we are ready for them.
