Shag by Breakers

I went out to Deerness for the first time in a while. A beautiful, sunny morning.  The birds are beginning to believe it is spring- I heard and saw my first skylarks off the spring, at least eight birds. Lots of oystercatchers, lapwing, greylags, some pinkfeet, at least 500 fulmar on the cliffs and 100 guillemot. This shag was a bit far for my camera but I liked the background, or backwater to be more precise.
