daffy-day-dillies!

My daffodils are blooming! It happened over-night (or rather over the day) and now I have little happy greeters around my house.  These are the first kind to bloom - the tete-a-tete.

Other bunches of green stems have swollen heads - I am especially pleased that the ones in the front bed are loaded.  Last year each group had 1 (maybe 2) lonely flowers... this year looks to be a bumper crop!

Tomorrow is Friday!  I'm so relieved.  This week has been very busy.
