Song Sparrow
It's another beautiful way above average temperature day, 61 F/16 C. I am seeing fair numbers of song sparrows around the edges of ponds and marshes. Song sparrows have loud and melodious notes and trills.
While at the pond saw several groups of sandhill cranes high overhead travelling north (extra photo), 151 cranes total.
