Running

Not just the river running high, but actually had a good run with colleagues today.

Got asked to do a tough mudder course! Erm what is it? Good question, something along the lines of an assault course with extra mud!!

Erm want to say no but also want to say yes so as to test myself and see how well I'm doing with my fitness.

But I fell at the first hurdle - money, I didn't realise how expensive it would be, £60 per person, is it always that price and yes I want to know what I'm getting for that!
