Balans Pancakes

Whilst some might have been out panic buying a last minute Valentines gift for their loved ones, myself and a friend went for a nice long run along the canal from Stratford Westfield to Limehouse Basin via Victoria Park and back.

Our reward was a 2 course breakfast culminating in these delicious pancakes topped with fresh fruit and syrup.
