Happy Birthday Great Grand Father

5 of Gerry's 7 Great grandchildren blow out the candles on one of Gerry's cakes.

Gerry's 4 children and partners, 7 grandchildren and partners and 7 great grandchildren (I think one great grandchild and Mother weren't there due to illness) and Max, Gulli and I gathered at his home to celebrate his 89th Birthday (which was actually yesterday).

A bittersweet occasion because Gerry is so poorly but everyone had a chance to see him and wish him Happy Birthday and it was wonderful to see everyone else too.

The children had an easter egg hunt, Gulliver looked like a giant, when did my children get so big?

Gulli had a sleepover at Zach's house and Zebedee is away on a revision weekend so Max and I had a date night, we went for sushi and watched a movie, it was very quiet and it was lovely to relax, have the sofa to ourselves and be able to watch a movie without interruptions or comments!!
