Hmv are selling new releases on vinyl. There's something warm and nostalgic about playing records.

Usual Sunday shenanigans at the crossfit box this morning which were 105 burpees, 105 squats and 105 sit ups interspersed with a total of 2.7k of running with a rope. Nice job!
