Peter and Paul

Today we ventured a bit further out and visited Saint Peter and Paul Cathedral in Vysehrad National Cultural Monument. A really beautiful place. The cathedral is so colourful. Not so much gold and silver as in the St. Vitus Cathedral. And not so many visitors. Nearly a peaceful place. Same as the cemetery.  Bedřich Smetana and Antonín Dvořák are buried there.
The weather stayed dry but the sun said goodbye around lunchtime.
So went into the Municipal House for a huge piece of cake and a coffee. Fantastic atmosphere. A young pianist was entertaining with amazing music us whilst  wolfing down enjoying those delicious cakes. :-)
