Survived!

Our first birthday party held at home (we'd always wussed out up until now), actually went pretty well. After a bit  of a slow start, the kids seemed to have fun and S was v. happy with his day.

Following a Near Cake Disaster, a recalcitrant oven, one blocked toilet, half a dozen children (plus our two), one nosebleed, jelly, minipizzas, pass the parcel, and ALL the balloons, I think it's going to be an early night tonight *thunk*.
