Downwardly handed

Having lost his jacket (which he'd almost outgrown anyway) George was today the indifferent recipient of his brother's old one.

Well, he started out indifferent, but soon decided he didn't like it.

Apparently his biggest concern was that Andy's pals might see him wearing it, and mistake him for his brother. In the end I managed to convince him that this wasn't very likely, but it wasn't easy.

Up at the school in the afternoon, for George's parents evening (parents afternoon?). Good to hear lots of positive feedback on how he's getting on.
