Hurrah for shadows

As the sun was shining today, I decided to get the 'big guns' out so took my Nikon D70 with me. We met our friends for a late and lazy lunch in Shrewsbury, which was lovely.

I was advised to buy a polarising filter (to save using the lens cap) and while in Jessops was eyeing up the 300mm lenses, anyway long story short I had a sneaky peek on ebay and bagged myself a real bargain, within the hour, apparently new. I really hope it is when it arrives!

Afterwards we had a walk around and took some pics. This is the Old Market Hall in the square.
