London Transport Museum

At lunchtime, daughter #2 and I caught the train to London and took a picnic with us. We sat on the embankment and had our lunch. We then walked slowly towards Covent Garden. We popped into my favourite map shop Stanfords. I used to love going into that shop and it has changed a lot since I was last there. Daughter #2 loved it too. I bought her a compass. We then went to the London Transport Museum. I wanted to go and see the 'Mind the Map' exhibition (an exhibition of historical materials and artworks created for the Underground). It was very interesting.
On our way home, we went out for a meal at Red Peppers restaurant. We're both very tired now!
