Roasting Breadfruit

Roasting breadfruit on an outside wood fire is definitely the best way to prepare this fantastic food... I am lucky i can do it this way but the breadfruit can also be roasted on the stove... It's a slightly different technique and flavor... I enjoy mine with my breakfast, lunch or dinner... It's quite versatile and I like that...

After roasting it is peeled and then either eaten as is or it can be fried for a more crispier texture... It is so good!... I am not sure how I am going to deal with this breadfruit yet...
