Communicant Card

I have an ugly fish jug that my Granny owned.

Since she died, it's been living in my cupboard. It used to freak me out when I was a kid, but it's a sentimental thing.

I'd noticed there were things inside before but it wasn't until today (and I don't know why) that I turned it upside down to investigate further.

Inside, there was a receipt from Argos (30th November 1990 - Christmas shopping perhaps!?), a bit of yellow plastic that may have been a coffee stirrer, some black insulation tape, and this communicant card which belonged to my great Grandmother.

It's a strange collection of random things, but it's little bit of history none the less.
