Canary Wharf

Went for a family bike ride today to take one last cycle past the Olympic park before it all begins, only to find our path blocked by security. On the way back from Canary Wharf there were a load of protesters by the blocked pathway with four paddling pools and a bunch of pens for passers by to write their protests about the Olympics. The kids were told write whatever you like. However when they wrote about how great the Olympics were, they were told they had ruined the protest. What!!! dum ass would buy 4 paddling pools and block the tow path themselves and what really wasn't made clear was what they were going to do with the paddling pools..
