Houseboat

It set me thinking. Why does someone have a houseboat, and I don't? Next week my pals and I will creep up on them, hooped jerseys and eye patches. We will shout: 'Stand and deliver.' What do we want them to deliver? I'm not sure. It may all fall apart.
