Sport Relief

In wintry conditions, I took part in the Sport Relief Mile (and three mile) event at Hatfield today. The icy wind and uneven terrain didn't make for a particularly enjoyable three mile run, but it was for a good cause and was useful preparation for the North London half marathon on Sunday. Unfortunately, it seems it's not going to be much warmer then.
