Surprise!

This is the agave in full bloom- the same one I have blipped over the past few weeks.
I love the way the color and the light play together.
And I was surprised that there was a black bird in the photo too!

Today I emptied my suitcase to get ready to travel again. After yesterday's frustration I am hoping that the next trip is uneventful...unless it's a pleasant surprise that happens. :)
