DJ Cheddar...Laters...

The morning after the night before and I've just been so humbled and touched by all the lovely messages from people about winning the IoD Scotland Female Director of the Year award last night. Everyone is just so kind.

A busy day, and also one tinged with sadness as we bid a warm farewell to one of our senior directors, David, who is leaving is for exciting pastures new. David - AKA DJ Cheddar - has worked tirelessly to help us make a positive impact on the lives of young people for the past five years. As well as being incredibly smart, skilled and strategic, he is also thoughtful, caring, committed and great fun to be around. Yep - he's the whole package alright. One of my best appointments, he's also been my partner in crime on so many projects and activities - I will miss him lots. But so excited for his next steps - can't wait to see the work he goes on to develop in the world of digital!

And yes, those are cheddar cheese slices decorating his hat....:)
