Joy of joys...first day of tromboning for over a week.  Chops a bit flabby so they were beginning to give way after an hour.  Most frustrating when you want to continue practicing but physically can't.  Photo a bit of a desperate one - photo of  a 3-bar electric heater in our bathroom - rotated 90 degrees plus a bit of photoshop jiggery pokery on the colours...
