Am I not lucky....

....to have an Artisan Baker in the house.  R's work this morning, plus some really lovely Scottish baps!  He's really got the hang of it now and enjoys the process.  Very proud of him for doing this.  A not done much myself sort of day really....I'd describe it as a quiet day.
