Weekend over

Sunday has gone before it started.

Work in the morning. Up against a deadline.

Campaigning in the afternoon.

Feet up in the evening.

Not much Blip opportunity. So, dinner it is. Tempted by the fresh salad (mostly lettuce) on offer at the farm shop yesterday. Bit of grilled chicken. Done.

The campaigning was good. Out canvassing with two 20 somethings - Pete and Anas - who could hardly be more different.

Highlights:-
- a wee old lady who's definitely undecided, but would like to "shoot Cameron";
- another wee old lady who has known our candidate for years and thinks he's great, but she always votes for Labour;
- a slightly younger older lady who always votes Conservative and just hopes for the best.

We aren't trying to talk voters into anything - just find out their voting intention. Personally, I like to have a wee gossip with any of the older, single ones. They may be glad of the chat. Even more likely to linger if the voter is undecided, of course.
