Tidying up

Amongst the detritus left in my rucksack from yesterday I found this stamp from Cranmere Pool. Reading up on the spot I found it has been drained since 1860ish and is reputed to be haunted.

Busy all day with chores. Managed to cook a Yotam Ottolenghi dish from yesterday's Guardian which, despite my involvement, was delicious. Painted the front porch, painted the window sills, planted a pear tree, almost gave myself a hernia moving a Belfast sink and cleared the back room (again!).
