Pollokshields Playhouse

After a really interesting short film & panel discussion about reimagining Glasgow I went to see Pollokshields Playhouse which is doing just that.

It is a building site opposite Tramway that is organically responding to the requests of local residents.

In the past they've had music and family events. Tonight it was about sustainable food projects and along with some fine Indian dancing, yummy food a campfire and children giggling we were treated to the film The Lunchbox.

It's a bit chilly sitting on pallets so I'm glad I took their advice & brought a cushion and blanket.
