Today's Mono Monday theme is The Big Picture, so here's the biggest picture in my house - a print of a WWll Short Sunderland flying-boat in the air over Pembroke Dock in Wales.
I missed my only chance to see the last airworthy Sunderland flying when it left the UK for Florida in 1993. As far as I know it hasn't flown since 1996, so I'll never see this majestic bird in the air, or hear the roar of its mighty engines - but there's always YouTube :)
