Unpleasant Development

I'm not too sure what he was trying to achieve but neither he nor his mates seemed to either. 

It's these posters that bother me. They are both "artist" renderings of the future. The one on the left has gone to the effort of photoshopping a building and a whole cast of characters but doesn't remove the building site fence (r)? The figures are all badly pixelated, as is the main shot. The one on the right is even worse, it seems to show a view that'll mean cutting down a bunch of trees that are home to my red squirrels.
