Beached!

Second day in the New Forest started off with breakfast at the Blue Horizon Restaurant in Milford-on-Sea. After a delicious breakfast, we had a walk along the sea front before heading over to Mudeford Spit near Christchurch for some more beach photography.

Located along this thin strip of land at Mudeford are 350 beach huts which are more like small chalets than beach huts! The average asking price for a beach hut here is around £140,000! They do offer great views over Christchurch harbour, the Solent and the Isle of Wight. My blip today is of the bright beach huts here. A couple of extras of the beach huts and the view over the Solent towards the Isle of Wight (you can just see The Needles in the distance).

Tony joined us this evening. Dinner tonight was at The Horns Inn - just a few minutes walk from our hotel.

Another great day.  Looking forward to the Falconry Photography workshop tomorrow :)
