Swanning around

Anna and I did a bit of swanning around ourselves. Brisk walk along the canal with a coffee stop then a wee trip into town, a little bit of shopping, a little bit of looking and some lunch. The Forth and Clyde canal, lock 27, swans always greet us enthusiastically but leave quickly once they realise there's no food with us. I'm hoping these two manage to raise a brood this year, last year their cygnets manage to survive a bit longer than in past years but the poor things eventually were left with none.  It's so sad.
