Rudolf - Growing Old?

Top left - Multi vitamins & minerals.
Top right - Glucosamine.
Eyes - Carbimazole - Thyroid supressant - to make my metabolism normal again.
Nose - Atenolol - Beta blocker to stop me shaking and stop my heart racing (120 bpm resting!).

I am sure they all do me good.

So why do I feel so awful?
