Judas Tree

A good start to the day with plenty of sunshine but a cold wind has blown up and it is cold with a lot of cloud cover.   A day of two halves!

The car was in for a service this morning so when we had dropped it off we had a stroll round El Ejido.   Went into the indoor market where they sell fresh fruit and veg, flowers and plants and meats, sausages and bread.   We did not buy anything as we were stocked up and did not want to carry it all around.

The Cherry Blossom (I think - please correct me if I'm wrong)(updated to Judas Tree - thanks ValC)  was looking so lovely in the morning sun.   Appropriate for this time of year!

We bought a new set of sharp knives on Monday and I have been making some leather sheathes to protect our fingers in the drawer.
