I had an acupuncture session today and at the same time, I got my ankle sorted! I have a wee bit of tendinitis so after some agonising massage, I was advised to ice my ankle - so I did!

I got some fab news today - I'm off to work on an Instructor Training Course & Exam in Gozo in October!
