Back in circulation today and back to work after a splendid two weeks off in rural Burgandy.

Where do I start? There was our lovely gite, the historic buildings and dramatic sunsets, the local market and colourful characters. There was sunbathing, feeding the animals at the farm, lunches and splashing in fountains. We did some running around in the garden in the sunshine, visiting historic monuments and picture postcard perfect villages, mucking about in the pool, afternoon coffees in pavement cafes and twirling in summer dresses (miss42, not me!) . There was lunch in very French cafes and exploring and talking more French, playing in the local park and visiting the zoo.

Phew!

Miss42 got right back into the grove with some dancing in the living room before dinner.
