Working in the garden this afternoon after the sun came ou, beautiful all afternoon. Clearing weeds and hunting for interesting insects.

As usual when I'm working in the garden my 400D is set on a tripod, this time with the extension tubes and macro 60mm lens.

Got a lovely close up of a red damselfly hangng on to soft grass but as you've seen so many of the damsel and dragonflies from our garden tonight's upload is tiny capsid which was doing amazing acrobatic feats on top of a lupi flower. Not quite sure which capsid it is but I'm almsost certain it is a capsid. if anyone knows I'll be delighted to know. It is less than 1 cm long not including the antenae whixh is narer 2 cm long
