Iris Bud

Been a lovely day today and have been try to capture some more decent Magnolia images. Managed to get one or two decent ones but most I’m not happy about. I was rather taken with some iris stalks that were included with some roses I bought wife last weekend. Taken indoors by the light of a north facing door, camera mounted on tripod and delayed timer activated. One of these is today’s blip. I did a conversion using Silver Efex Pro 2 and really couldn't make my mind up which one I liked best so the mono version is my extra.

By the way Google have just announced that they are making Nik software free to download as of yesterday. Well worth a look.
