Wonderful Pods of Colour

Back Blip from Akaroa...

These are seed pods from the Kōwhai tree. The native birds love the nectar from the flowers which are yellow.

Another lovely day in the garden.. so many weeds. I have piles of weeds really to go into the green bin. It will take months to get rid of them.
