Parkrun Livingston

I jogged round to Mr&MrsP's house this morning to pick up my car before heading off to Parkrun.

I wasn't feeling as fit this morning due to a late night last night consisting of a few beers and a large whisky nightcap.

Nonetheless I managed a respectable 25:12 which I was happy with.

After that I headed home for some much needed work that was required round the house.

Cleaning chores and replacing the sealant around the bath tub and fitting two new smoke alarms whilst MrsT was down the shops with L.

Relaxing night planned for tonight.
