The gathering storm

Goodness what a dramatic sky just as twilight was approaching. I have a feeling that the Mendips could have been in for a bit of a downpour! Drizzling here most of the day and quite windy too.

Our willows surrounding the garden had a hair cut today. They do look rather sorry for themselves this evening, but they will regenerate all too soon. That's the amazing thing about willows, you really cannot kill them!

It was also Little Misses Birthday party today. 10 little chums came with Mums and the odd Dad to celebrate her big day. I made lots of cupcakes and scones . The cake was a pink bunny! Little Miss now VERY tired and pretty grumpy!! Mr Tbay Jnr ditto due to a late night and a then disturbed night due to Little Miss! Pictures of party tomorrow!
