Eggy Brad Sandwich

I blame my sister entirely for this as she shared the idea.  I had some of my special cheese to use up and some chorizo in the fridge.  The idea being that you make a cheese and chorizo sandwich, dunk it in egg and then cook it like eggy bread (or french toast to those more sophisticated amongst us).  It was unbelievably tasty!
