Roasted Beast.....

That's what my youngest calls any roast! All seared and ready for the oven. Not been across the doors today, had a bit of a sort out and pottered!
Time for a cheeky glass though I think, it will have been five o'clock somewhere! Enjoy what ever you are doing.
