Early morning ferry

We left Vieques on the first ferry and before we boarded 4 policemen came on with a young man in handcuffs. They sat him down in a corner of the ferry and then went outside to enjoy the view. Every beach we rode by today was packed with party goers, grills, beer, hammocks, chairs, kids, bicycles and MUSIC!! The whole island was at the beach!
