MonoMonday: portrait

We've had a very odd and worrying Easter Monday: when Sophie woke up this morning she was very reluctant to use her hands or put any weight on her arms so she and Kate have spent all day in two different hospitals undergoing tests and x-rays and generally doing a fair bit of waiting around.

We've spent a fair bit of the day waiting for the phone to ring with updates, which is what Tess was doing when I took this.

The latest word is that she may have some sort of infection in her joints so we're all waiting on the result of blood tests to confirm it.

Kate & Joel were meant to be going away for a few days holiday tomorrow, but have decided to cancel their plans. Our family seem to be fated when it comes to holidays lately
