It's a dog's life

This is Ellie, my sister's miniature schnauzer looking a bit windswept after enjoying a bracing Easter Monday walk in the wind, rain and mud. (Why do some dogs make a bee-line for muddy puddles??) Of course, now we have returned, the sun is shining!
She has found the warmest spot in the room and looks settled in for the afternoon.
