Albert dock

Spent a lovely day at Albert Dock and Liverpool one with Diane. There was a nautical event so the place was awash with people dressed in pirate costume. If we'd been aware this was happening I'm sure we could have rustled up an eye patch, wooden leg and a ahoy there me hearties.
Alas we were boringly dressed and didn't buckle any swashes...maybe next time.

It was a lovely day out and the weather was kind enough to necessitate an icecream...haven't had many if those this summer. Sunny days, or icecreams...I live in hope for both.
