Dinner at Sidmouth

It was my turn to cook at the Sidmouth Club today. 

I forgot the clocks had gone forward so the kitchen clock was an hour slow. I was very relaxed, feeling pleased with myself that I was so organised. I cleaned the freezer out and the fridge and cleaned the microwave. Then Nicola asked if I had the oven on yet....

Somehow, dinner for 15 was ready on time!
