Designer mini-meadow

These wildfowers are planted beside the road at the top of the hill leading into Dartmouth. I presume they're put there by the council. Aren't they lovely! (Went out without my camera so this is taken on my mobile phone, hence the hazy quality - but it adds to the romance perhaps?!)
