Accurately sums up my current frame of mind having trekked to Westfield Vodafone to sort my data problem, to be told I needed a USB to transfer my stuff to before they wipe the phone and thus swung back home to pick it up along with books to read whilst they transferred stuff. Got back to Westfield to be told I needed to make an appointment. Now at work killing time till I head back, and feeling quite fried!
