Chinodoxa....

I really like properly blue flowers. They are actually quite rare. What we call blue tends to be on the blue side of purple. The parks and gardens are full of these at the moment. They are called Chinodoxa or The Glory of the Snow.

I Found these in Fletcher Moss Park in Didsbury in Manchester. They serve as a small botanical garden for the city. The RHS are creating a huge botanical garden in Salford. We are looking forward to that but we will still enjoy Fletcher Moss.
